This ethnic Swiss roll is made with eggs to get super softer and melts in mouth texter. Cloaked in sugar and perfectly mixed with Fruit Jam, Swiss roll gets a fruity aroma flavor, that makes it desirable indeed.

Tips for perfect swiss roll cake recipe:
- Measure 1 cup of Maida and use the same cup for adding 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Use a non-stick pan otherwise the cake will stick to the pan.
- Bake the cake for less than 10 minutes on a low flame.
- Roll when you feel that the cake is slightly warm.
- Slowly roll the cake, otherwise, it will break.

- raw eggs – 3
- sugar – 1/2 cup(4 spoons)
- vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon
- oil- 5 spoons
- all purpose flour(maida) – 1 cup
- baking powder – 1 tea spoon
- fruit jam – 4 spoons

Take a bowl and add 3 eggs

Beat the eggs.

Gradually add a cup of sugar. Whisk well, until the sugar melts and become a cream.

When it turns creamy texture, add a teaspoon of vanilla essence.

Whisk well until light stick peaks form.

Add 4 spoons of oil or butter, whisk well.

Sieve a cup of all purpose flour maida and a teaspoon of Baking powder.

Gently fold in cut & fold process.

Mix well without lumps.

Smooth batter is ready.

For this batter, we can make 2 swiss rolls.

Take 2 non- stick pans, spread a spoon of oil or butter.

Pour half of the batter in one pan.

Pour the remaining batter in another pan.

Close the lid and cover the gaps with aluminium foil.

Cook the cake for 10 minutes over a low flame.

Open the lid, insert the toothpick on both the cakes and check whether it is clear or not.

If it is clear, then our cake is perfectly baked. slightly cool it.

Remove the cake from pan, transfer into a plate.

Take 2 spoons of fruit jam and spread upon the cake.

Spread evenly, can use cream or jelly as per your wish.

Place the cake in a aluminium foil or butter paper, gently roll it.

Slowly roll the cake.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Take another cake, slightly cool and roll it in a aluminium foil or butter paper.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove the foil.

Now spread 1 to 2 spoons of Fruit jam or cream or jelly.

Carefully spread the jam, else cake will break.

Cut into 6 portions using a knife.
