Chocolate cake with only 3 ingredients without oven. An all time favorite cake topped with chocolate cream a delicious melting recipe. Frankly, the easiest cake i have ever prepared. Just few minutes is required to make the batter. The step by step procedure with detailed photo and video recipe.

To prepare chocolate biscuit cake. The first step is to Preheat the pan for 10 minutes. The second step is to grease the oil to the cake tin. The third step is to make batter take the biscuits and remove the cream. Blend the biscuits to a fine powder. Transfer to the bowl. Gradually add milk and make thick batter. Add one ENO packet pour some milk which makes smooth and thick batter.

Sugar-free laddu recipes:

Transfer the batter into the cake tin. Spread evenly and pat tin twice to remove air. Place the cake tin into a preheated pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Insert the toothpick and check whether it is clear or not. Cool the cake completely and transfer into a serving plate. Dissolve the cream and spread on the top of the cake. Garnish and enjoy the soft moist cake.

Tips for baking a perfect chocolate biscuit cake:

  • Can prefer any biscuits as per your choice.
  • Can add baking powder or ENO whichever is available at home.
  • Do not pour the milk at a time. Gradually add the milk and mix.
  • I have dissolved the cream which was removed from biscuits and spread on the cake.
  • Garnish with choco chips or any grated chocolate as you wish.
  • Can also bake the cake in pressure cooker.
  • I have used salt at the bottom of the pan.
  • Can use sand or water or can skip it according to the pan.
  • Place the stand or ring cutter or any thing that will elevate the height.

Ingredients
Ingredients for chocolate cake:
  • bourbon biscuits – 2 packes(small)
  • milk bikis – 1 packet(small)
  • ENO – 1 packet
  • milk – 3/4 cup
  • oil – 1 spoon
  • Flour – 1 spoon(optional)
Instructions
Procedure for chocolate cake recipe:
Preheat the pan:
  1. Take a pan add salt or sand place the stand or ring cutter or any thing that will elevate the height.

  2. Cover the lid and preheat the pan for 10 minutes over a low flame.

Grease the cake tin:
  1. Take cake tin or mould which is avialable. Grease with a spoon of oil.

  2. Spread a spoon of flour this is optional.

How to make cake batter with only 3 ingredients:
  1. Take any biscuits(2 packets of bourbon and 1 milk bikis) in a bowl.

  2. Remove the cream from biscuits and set aside.

  3. Break the biscuits and add to the blender jar. Blend to a fine powder.

  4. Transfer into a bowl. Gradually add milk and make a thick batter.

  5. Add one ENO packet. Can also add baking powder instead of ENO.

  6. Pour milk and mix. Make sure there is no lumps.

  7. Make smooth and thick batter. The batter is ready.

How to bake cake in a pan:
  1. Add batter into the cake tin spread evenly.

  2. Pat the tin twice to remove air.

  3. Place the cake tin on the stand and close the lid.

  4. Bake the cake for 30-40 min in a low flame.

  5. Insert the toothpick and check whether it is clear or not.

  6. If the toothpick is not sticking then cake is done.

  7. Switch off the fire. Let it cool completely.

  8. Once it is cooled clear the edges with the help of knife.

  9. Transfer into the serving plate.

Garnish:
  1. Dissolve the cream and spread on the top of the cake.

  2. Garnish and enjoy the chocolate biscuit cake.

Take the cream in a bowl, which is separated from bourbon biscuits. Dissolve the cream

Place the bowl directly on the stove with the help of grill stand or any other stand and dissolve the cream at low flame. In another way can place the bowl on boiled water & dissolve as your choice.

To avoid burning while dissolve process can add a spoon of oil. This is optional.

Spread on the top of the cake.

Garnish with choco chips or any other grated chocolate.

Cut into the slices enjoy the chocolate biscuit cake.
