Hence, I have thought to post this quick liquid dough roti with a batter recipe with a single wheat flour dough. I am ready to listen to your views and valuable thoughts so that I can accommodate those ideas in my further recipe posts. in addition, I would like to bring to your attention, that I have bring in some unique variations to make liquid dough roti softer and easier for preparation in this post. initially, you need to start with a cup of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1 spoon of sugar for batter preparation. thereafter, mix all and try to restrain lumps for making a smooth batter. later on 1 spoon of oil for bringing in more consistency. once the batter is ready, pour a ladle full of batter and fry the roti until it puffs up and brown spots appear. Serve with paneer butter masala or butter chicken.

  1. Take a bowl, add 1 cup of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, mix it once.

  2. Gradually pour 1 1/2 cup of water.

  3. Make a smooth batter without lumps.

  4. Add a spoon of oil, mix well.

  5. Check the consistency of batter, it should be like Dosa batter.

  6. Liquid batter is ready.

  1. Heat a Pan over a medium flame.

  2. Pour a ladle full of batter.

  3. Wait for a minute, let it dry.

  4. Flip roti on other side and fry for a minute.

  5. Press the edges of roti with a clean cloth.

  7. Fry on both sides until the brown spots appear.

  8. Spread a spoon of oil on both sides, fry for a minute.

  9. Take into a serving plate.

  10. For this batter, we can make 3 rotis.
