Ingredients for bread omelette sweet:
  • Bread slices – 4
  • Eggs – 2
  • Sugar – 3 spoons
  • Oil – 1/4 cup
Instructions
Procedure for bread omelette sweet:
Applying egg mixture to the bread slices:
  1.  Take a bowl to add sugar and the 2 raw eggs.

  2. Beat the eggs with sugar. Whisk until the sugar slightly melts. 

  3. Apply the egg and sugar mixture on both sides of the bread slice

Shallow fry the egg coated bread slices:
  1.  Heat a pan over a medium flame and add 2 spoons of oil.

  2. Place the eggs-coated bread slices to the pan.

  3. Shallow fry the bread slices on both sides, till it turns light brown.

  4. Adjust the oil as required to fry and sugar as for your taste.

  5. Remove from pan and take into a bowl. Repeat the same with rest of them. Serve as a breakfast or even as a snack.

  • Prefer powdered sugar. This is optional.

Step by step procedure for bread omelette sweet:

Place the egg-coated bread slices into the pan.

 Shallow fry the bread slices on both sides, till it turns light brown. Adjust the oil as required to fry and sugar as for your taste.

 Remove from pan and take into a bowl. Repeat the same with rest of them. Serve as a breakfast or even as a snack.
