- Mutton bones - 1/4 kg
- Onions - 2
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 spoon
- Salt - 1 spoon
- Water - 1/2 glass
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1 spoon
- Coconut paste - 1 cup
- Chopped tomatoes -2
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 spoon
- Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
- Slit green chillies - 2
- Oil - 4 spoons
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 glass

Take a pressure cooker add cleaned mutton bones, chopped onions, turmeric powder and salt.

Pour water mix well, close lid pressure cook for 6 whistles

Let the pressure goes on open the lid.

Add ginger and garlic paste.Add coconut paste and chopped tomatoes.

Add garam masala powder, red chili powder, slit green chilies and oil.

Add chopped coriander leaves.Mix well all the ingredients.

Adjust salt and water according to the consistency of gravy.

Close the lid and let it for another 6 whistles.

Open the cooker, the bones should be cooked well.

Take into a bowl.Serve mutton bone curry with chapati, phulka, naan, parata.

Step by step procedure for mutton bones curry:
Take a pressure cooker add cleaned mutton bones, chopped onions, turmeric powder and salt.
Pour water mix well, close lid pressure cook.
Let it cook for 6 whistles.
For masala curry:
Open the lid. Let the pressure goes on. Add ginger and garlic paste.
Add coconut paste and chopped tomatoes.
Add garam masala powder, red chilli powder and slit green chillies.
Add four spoons of oil.
Add chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well all the ingredients.
Adjust salt and water according to the consistency of gravy.
Close the lid and let it for another 6 whistles.
Open the cooker, the bones should be cooked well and for thick gravy simmer the flame and cook for some time.
Take into a bowl. Serve mutton bone curry with chapati.
