- Dry ginger sonti – 2 g
- Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Cardamoms – 3
- Water – 1/2 glass
- Jaggery – 1 tablespoon
- Boiled milk – 1 glass

Add 2 grams(a piece) of dry ginger, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 3 cardamoms.

Crush all the spices and set aside.

Heat a pan over a medium flame add 1/2 glass of water.

Add crushed dry ginger spices and boil for 5 minutes.

Add a tablespoon of jaggery.

Stir well until the jaggery is melted.

Now add a glass of boiled milk mix well.
