- full cream milk – 1 glass
- turmeric powder(haldi) – 1/4 spoon
- pepper powder – 2 pinches
- honey – 1 spoon

Pour a glass of full cream milk in a pan.

Boil the milk at medium flame.

Reduce to low flame add 1/4 tea spoon of turmeric powder.

Add 2 pinches of pepper powder or fresh crushed pepper.

Stir well and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Switch off the fire. Wait for a minute or not necessary.

Add one table spoon of honey. This is optional.

If your serving for kids add a spoon of honey, otherwise you can skip.

Take into a serving glass.

Serve hot or warm turmeric milk in morning or night.
