Ingredients
Ingredients for golden milk:
  • full cream milk – 1 glass
  • turmeric powder(haldi) – 1/4 spoon
  • pepper powder – 2 pinches
  • honey – 1 spoon
Instructions
Procedure for golden turmeric milk:
  1. Pour a glass of full cream milk in a pan.

  2. Boil the milk at medium flame.

  3. Reduce to low flame add 1/4 tea spoon of turmeric powder.

  4. Add 2 pinches of pepper powder or fresh crushed pepper.

  5. Stir well and boil for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Switch off the fire. Wait for a minute or not necessary.

  7. Add one table spoon of honey. This is optional.

  8. If your serving for kids add a spoon of honey, otherwise you can skip.

  9. Take into a serving glass.

  10. Serve hot or warm turmeric milk in morning or night.

Step by step procedure for golden turmeric milk:
