  • Chop the watermelon into small cubes or Prefer half of the watermelon cubes and the rest as juice.
  • Add boiled and chilled milk for a better taste.
  • Instead of rooh afza can add rose syrup.
  • I have not added any sugar or sweetness you can add to your taste.
  • Add soaked dry fruits for a tasty sharbat. This is optional.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve later.

Ingredients
  • watermelon(tarabooj) – 1 kg
  • Muskmelon(kharabooja) – 1 slice
  • Full cream milk – 1/2 liter
  • Rooh afza – 3/4 cup
  • Chopped cashew nuts(kaju) – 1/4 cup
  • Chopped almonds(badam) – 1/4 cup
  • Chopped Pistachio(pista) – 1/4 cup
Instructions
Procedure for mohabbat ka sharbat recipe:
  1. Chop 1 kg watermelon into small cubes and remove the seeds.

  2. Take watermelon cubes into a bowl.

  3. Cut a slice of muskmelon into cubes and add to the bowl.

  4. Add 1/2 litre full cream milk (which is boiled and set at room temperature).

  5. Pour 3/4 cup of Rooh Afza or Rose syrup.

  6. Add 1/4 cup of chopped cashew nuts, 1/4 cup of chopped almonds and 1/4 cup of chopped pistachio.

  7. Add 1 cup of rose petals and a cup of ice cubes mix.

  8. Pour into a serving glass. Add a few ice cubes.

  9. Garnish with chopped nuts, rose petals and watermelon or muskmelon cubes.

  10. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve later.

Step-by-step procedure for mohabbat ka sharbat recipe:

Chop 1 kg watermelon into small cubes and remove the seeds.

Take watermelon cubes into a bowl.

Cut a slice of muskmelon into cubes and add to the bowl.

Muskmelon is optional you can skip it.
