Ingredients
Ingredients for dry ginger milk:
  • Dry ginger sonti – 2 g
  • Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Cardamoms – 3
  • Water – 1/2 glass
  • Jaggery – 1 tablespoon
  • Boiled milk – 1 glass
Instructions
Procedure for dry ginger milk:
Crush the spices:
  1. Add 2 grams(a piece) of dry ginger, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 3 cardamoms.
  2. Crush all the spices and set aside.
Boiling:
  1. Heat a pan over a medium flame add 1/2 glass of water.
  2. Add crushed dry ginger spices and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add a tablespoon of jaggery.
  4. Stir well until the jaggery is melted.
  5. Now add a glass of boiled milk mix well.
  6. Just boil it once and switch off the fire.
Serving:
  1. Filter the dry ginger milk into a serving glass.
  2. Better serve hot or warm dry ginger milk for relief of cold, cough, or sore throat

Step by step procedure for dry ginger milk recipe:
