- Boneless chicken – 250 g
- Bay leaves – 2
- pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Water – 1 cup
- Ghee – 1 tablespoon
- Chopped garlic – 1 teaspoon
- Chopped onions – 1/2 cup
- Grated carrot – 1 cup
- Chopped capsicum – 1 cup
- Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise – 2 1/2 tablespoons
- Grated cheese – 3 tablespoons
- Butter – 1/2 teaspoon

Add 250 g boneless chicken to the pan.

Add 2 bay leaves, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder, and 12 teaspoon of salt.

Add 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of oil, and a cup of water.
