For crispy chicken lollipops after marination just deep fry them twice and simply eat them. If you want to store lollipops half of the chicken should be fried once, can store and fry the rest of them later before serving, or if you prefer spicy, sweet, and sauce lollipops. Fry finely chopped veggies, sauces, and mix deep-fried lollipops. When I served this lollipop to my husband, he said “just Awesome let me complete it first will talk later, and please prepare these lollipops twice a week, it’s so tasty”. Chicken lollipops from wings where the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down to create a lollipop appearance or can use small chicken drumsticks. These are also known as drums of heaven in which mince or bread crumbs are stuffed into the chicken lollipop wings and then fried which is available at street food or many restaurants. But in the homemade, we are not stuffing but making a tasty starter. The only thing wants to do is toss the lollipops in the sauce just before serving.

Tips for the perfect chicken lollipop:
- To shape lollipops can prefer drumsticks or can make them with chicken wings.
- Make sure the masala coated in the lollipop should not runny.
- While marinating can adjust the flour according to the consistency of the chicken.
- Fry on medium flame until it turns golden brown color.
- For crispy lollipops firstly fry until half of the chicken is cooked then remove from oil.
- And second time cook the lollipops completely.
- Can also add finely chopped green chilies or spring onions or as many as veggies you would like.
- I have added sweet chili sauce instead of soya sauce. You can also add both of them.
- Mix all the sauces in a bowl and then add to the pan in order to avoid burning.
- Carefully mix or toss the lollipops without breaking them.

- Chicken lollipops – 11
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
- Red chilli powder – 3/4 tablespoons
- pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger and garlic paste – 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Sweet chili sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Raw egg – 1
- Corn flour – 2 tablespoons
- Plain flour(maida) – 4 tablespoons
- oil – 1 cup
- Oil – 3 tablespoons
- Finely chopped onions – 1 cup
- Finely chopped ginger – 1 tablespoon
- Finely chopped garlic – 1 12 tablespoons
- Sweet chilli sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Tomato sauce – 3 tablespoons
- Water – 1/4 cup
- Salt – 1/4 teaspoon

Take 11 chicken lollipops in a bowl. Can prefer drumsticks or can make them with chicken wings.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of turmeric, 3/4 tablespoons of red chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder.

Also, add 2 tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of oil.

Mix well and marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce and one raw egg.

Also, add 2 tablespoons of corn flour and 4 tablespoons of plain flour(maida).

Mix well until the chicken is coated with the masala.

Heat a pan over medium to low flame and add 3 tablespoons of oil.

Add a cup of finely chopped onions, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger, and 1 12 spoons of finely chopped garlic.

Fry until it turns golden.

Add 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce and 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

Mix the sauces in a bowl and then add to the pan in order to avoid burning.

Stir and fry for a minute.

Add 1/4 cup of water. Stir and fry for 2 minutes.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
