- Water – 1 cup
- Pearl millet(bajra flour) – 1 cup(sajja pindi)
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ghee – 2 tablespoons

Boil a cup of water then switch off the fire.

Add a cup of pearl millet(bajra flour).

Mix immediately with the help of the spatula.

Make sure there are no lumps.

When it is slightly warm then transfer it into a bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder and a tablespoon of ghee.
