- wheat flour(aata) – 1 1/2 cup
- salt – 1/4 spoon
- water – 1/4 glass(as required)
- oil – 1/4 spoon

Take a bowl add 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour .

Add 1/4 spoon of salt mix.

Gradually pour water and make a soft dough.

Add 1/4 spoon of oil and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

Can rest if you have time. I have no time, its my iftar . So i have prepared immedietely.

Dust the flour in a rolling board.

Take one portion of dough and again dust the flour.

Know begin to roll the roti.

Place the on tawa over a low-medium flame.

Fry for few seconds when slight air bubbles appear flip and fry on other side.

Immediately place roti directly on the flame or on the roti stand

Immediately take into the serving plate.

How to make soft dough:

Add 1/4 spoon of salt mix.
