Mohabbat ka sharbat is a sweet fragrance and a flavourful drink especially served during the holy month of Ramadan. This sharbat is made with watermelon, rose petals, rooh afza and dry fruits.
- watermelon(tarabooj) – 1 kg
- Muskmelon(kharabooja) – 1 slice
- Full cream milk – 1/2 liter
- Rooh afza – 3/4 cup
- Chopped cashew nuts(kaju) – 1/4 cup
- Chopped almonds(badam) – 1/4 cup
- Chopped Pistachio(pista) – 1/4 cup

Chop 1 kg watermelon into small cubes and remove the seeds.

Take watermelon cubes into a bowl.

Cut a slice of muskmelon into cubes and add to the bowl.

Add 1/2 litre full cream milk (which is boiled and set at room temperature).

Pour 3/4 cup of Rooh Afza or Rose syrup.

Add 1/4 cup of chopped cashew nuts, 1/4 cup of chopped almonds and 1/4 cup of chopped pistachio.

Add 1 cup of rose petals and a cup of ice cubes mix.

Pour into a serving glass. Add a few ice cubes.

Garnish with chopped nuts, rose petals and watermelon or muskmelon cubes.
