- Ginger – 5 g
- Garlic – 9
- Green chillis – 6
- Mint leaves(pudina) – 2 cups
- Water – 2 tablespoons
- Oil – 3 tablespoons
- Tempering seeds – 1 taablespoon
- Red chillies – 3
- Chopped onion – 1
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon(as required)
- Cooked rice – 250 g
- Fried peanuts – 1 tablespoon
- Fried almonds – 1tablespoon
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

Take a blender and add a piece of 5 g of ginger and 9 cloves.

Add 6 green chillies, 2 cups of fresh mint leaves and 2 tablespoons of water.

Blend smooth and set aside

Heat the pan over a medium flame.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil, and 1 tablespoon of tempering seeds.

Also add 3 red chillies, one chopped onion and a spring of curry leaves.

Stir and let them splutter.
