  • For a smoother texture, blend the watermelon very thoroughly until completely smooth.
  • You can use popsicle molds for individual servings, or freeze the mixture in a shallow dish and then scrape it with a fork for a granita-like texture.
  • Allow enough time for the mixture to freeze completely. This usually takes at least 4-6 hours, but overnight is best for solid popsicles.
