Ingredients for watermelon ice:

  • Watermelon - 2 cups
  • Ice cubes - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoons

Procedure for watermelon ice recipe:

Blending:

  1. Remove the seeds of watermelon. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Add 2 cups of watermelon into the blender.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of ice cubes.
  4. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Adjust sweetness according to the your taste.
  6. Blend smooth watermelon juice is ready.

Watermelon ice pops:

  1. Take the ice moulds, pour the watermelon juice into each mould.
  2. Cover with foil and place ice sticks.
  3. Refrigerate for 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Slowly remove the ice from the moulds.
  5. Enjoy the watermelon ice this summer.

Recipe Notes

  • Make sure to remove all the black seeds before blending.
  • Avoid adding extra water unless absolutely necessary for blending.
  • For a smoother texture, blend the watermelon very thoroughly until completely smooth.
