To prepare vanilla cake in simple steps. Firstly, make a smooth batter. The second step is to bake the cake in a pan. The third step is to rest the cake. the fourth step is to make a cream with cream powder or icing sugar. The fifth step is to make instant sugar syrup. The sixth step is to icing cake with sugar syrup and cream. Finally, decorate cake with cherries or sprinkles.

Tips for making perfect cake without oven, cake tin, cake stand:

  • Instead of eggs can replace yogurt.
  • Blend a cup of sugar and 3 cardamom. Store and use for a quick recipe.
  • I have used vanilla instant mix powder. Can use any cake powder.
  • If it not available can skip both cake powder and wheat flour.
  • You can add 3 cups of maida instead of these two ingredients.
  • For preparing batter, make sure that all the ingredients are at room temperature.
  • Can use any one ingredient cream powder or icing sugar for making cream.
  • Cool cake completely before frosting.
  • Turn the bottom of the pan and place the plate on the pan, homemade cake stand is ready.
  • Decorate with cherries or sprinkles as for your taste.

Ingredients
Ingredients for vanilla cake;
For making batter:
  • eggs – 2
  • sugar powder -3 spoons(with one cardamom)
  • butter -2 spoons
  • oil – 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice – 1 spoon
  • cake powder – 2 cups(vanilla instant mix powder)
  • wheat flour – 1 cup(or maida)
  • baking powder – 1/2 spoon
  • baking soda – 1/4 spoon
  • milk – 1/2 cup
For cream:
  • cream powder – 1/2 cup
  • icing sugar – 1/2 cup
  • milk – 3 spoons
For sugar syrup:
  • Sugar powder -2 spoons
  • water – 4 spoons
For decoration:
  • cherries – 8
Instructions
Procedure for vanila cake:
Preheating the pan:
  1. Heat a pan over a low fame add salt or sand.

  2. Place the stand to elevate height and preheat the pan for 10 minutes.

How to make cake batter:
  1. Take a bowl break 2 eggs and whisk well.

  2. Blend the sugar and cardamom and add 3 spoons of sugar powder.

  3. Whisk until it becomes creamy.

  4. Add 2 spoons of melted butter.

  5. Add 1/2 cup of oil and a spoon of lemon juice. Lemon juice is optional.

  6. Whisk well with a hand blender for a minute.

  7. Sieve 2 cups of cake powder and a cup of wheat flour or maida.

  8. Add 1/2 spoon of baking powder and 1/4 spoon of baking soda.

  9. Mix well in one direction.

  10. Gradually pour milk to make a smooth batter.

  11. Check the consistency of batter.

How to bake the cake in a pan:
  1. Grease the oil to the cake tin and dust a spoon of flour, remove the excess flour.

  2. Transfer the batter in the cake tin.

  3. Spread a spoon of milk on the top of the batter. This is optional just to bake a flat cake on top.

  4. Tap the cake tin to remove the air bubbles.

  5. Place the cake tin in a preheated pan, bake for 30-40 minutes.

  6. Check with the tooth pick whether it is clear or not.

  7. If the tooth pick is clear our cake is done.

  8. Switch off the fire. Let it cool completely.

How to make whipped cream at home:
  1. Take a bowl add a cup of cream powder or icing sugar.

  2. Can use any one ingredient to make cream as available at home.

  3. Add 3 spoons of milk, prefer cold milk for better result.

  4. Whisk with a hand blender or electric mixer on high speed until cream is thick.

  5. Refrigerate cream for 40 minutes.

  6. Whisk till the stiff peaks form.

Instant sugar syrup:
  1. Take a bowl add 2 spoons of sugar and cardamom powder.

  2. Add 4 spoons of water mix well.

  3. Mix well until the sugar dissolves completely.

How to make cool cake at home:
  1. Clear the sides of the cake with the help of knife.

  2. Take the cake into a cake stand or serving plate.

  3. Cut the cake into 2 or 3 layers.

  4. Place one layer of cake in the plate.

  5. Apply 2 spoons of sugar syrup.

  6. Spread 1/2 of the cream.

  7. Place the another cake layer.

  8. Apply the sugar syrup and top with remaining cream.

  9. Evenly spread the cream around the cake.

  10. Refrigerate the cake for at least 10 minutes.

Decorating cake:
  1. Smooth the cream over the top of the cake to create a flat surface.

  2. Use a cake scraper or knife to make sure it is smooth.

  3. Decorate with cherries or sprinkles as for your taste.

  4. For best serving refrigerate the cake and enjoy.
