Tiranga Kesari: A Tricolour Dessert to Celebrate India’s Independence Day

A “Tiranga Kesari” is a tricolour dessert, often a variation of the traditional South Indian sweet dish Rava Kesari (semolina pudding), prepared to resemble the Indian national flag (Tiranga). It’s more than just a dessert; it’s a sweet, edible tribute to our nation, a symbol of our shared history, and a celebration of the freedom we cherish.
