- Mixed sprouts – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric – 2 pinches
- Chopped onions – 1/2 cup
- Chopped tomatoes – 1/2 cup
- Chopped coriander leaves – 1 cup
- Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Lemon wedges – 2
- Chopped onions – 1/4 cup

Rinse a cup of sprouts 2 times in a running water and add to a pan

Pour a cup of water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 2 pinches of turmeric mix.

Boil the sprouts just until they are tender you do not want to overcook them or else they will become mushy.
