- Chicken skin les-300g
- Curd-3 spoons
- Salt-1 spoon
- Red chilli powder-1 spoon
- Turmeric powder-1/4 spoon
- Garam masala powder-1 spoon
- Pepper powder-1/2 spoon
- Ginger & garlic paste-1 spoon
- Orange-red food colour-1/4 spoon
- Chopped curry leaves-6
- Ghee-1 spoon
- All purpose flour Maida-1 spoon
- Corn flour-1 spoon
- Rice flour -1 spoon
- Oil-6 spoons
- Dices onions-1
- Oil-1 spoon

For marination firstly, wash and drain chicken pieces.Take a bowl add cleaned skinless chicken pieces and curd
