- Barley powder(jau) – 3 tablespoons
- Water – 1/2 glass
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Chopped onions – 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped ginger – 1 tablespoon
- Finely chopped garlic – 1 tablespoon
- Chopped carrot – 1/4 cup
- Sweet corn – 1/4 cup
- Chopped capsicum – 1/4 cup
- Water – 1 glass
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon as required
- Crushed pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Take a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of barley powder and 1/2 glass of water.
