Mug cake an all time favorite recipe without oven, maida, choco powder and can make with few ingredients. I have mixed some biscuits for a unique taste and bake in a preheated pan. These cup cakes are useful for baking small portion of cake. The step by step procedure with detailed video recipe.

To prepare Cup cake in simple steps. The first step is to make batter. Blend the hide and seek biscuits or any biscuits, sugar and cardamom to a fine powder. Transfer into a bowl and mix wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda. gradually pour milk to prepare a smooth batter. The second step is to bake the cake in preheated pan for 40-50 minutes. Check with tooth pick, let it cool and enjoy.

Tips for making a perfect cup cake recipe:

  • Can prefer any biscuits as your choice or can skip biscuits.
  • If you skip biscuits add one more cup of wheat flour.
  • To make healthy I always prefer wheat flour.
  • You can add maida as per the taste. Actually maida taste good for baking cake.
  • Can bake in the preheated oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes.
  • To bake in the microwave, bake for 2 minutes on high power.

Mug cake an all time favorite recipe without oven, maida, choco powder and can make with few ingredients. I have mixed some biscuits for a unique taste and bake in a preheated pan.

Ingredients
Ingredients for mug cake:
  • wheat flour – 1 cup
  • Hide and seek biscuits – 9
  • sugar – 3 spoons
  • cardamom – 3
  • oil – 3/4 cup
  • baking powder – 1 spoon
  • baking soda – 1/4 spoon
  • milk – 1 1/2 cup
  • tutti frutti – 1/2 cup
Instructions
Procedure for cup cake recipe:
Preheating pan:
  1. Place the pan on the stove add salt or sand.

  2. Place the stand to elevate height.

  3. Close the lid and preheat the pan for 10 minutes.

Making cake batter:
  1. Take the hide ans seek biscuits, cut into small pieces and add to the blender jar.

  2. Add 3 spoons of sugar and 3 cardamom blend to a fine powder.

  3. Transfer the blended powder into a bowl.

  4. Add 1/2 cup of oil. If necessary can adjust later.

  5. Whisk till it becomes smooth texture.

  6. Sieve a cup of wheat flour, a spoon of baking powder and 1/4 spoon of baking soda.

  7. Mix well in one direction.

  8. Gradually pour milk to make a smooth batter.

  9. Make a thick batter and then make it smooth to avoid lumps.

  10. Pour little by little milk and mix till it become smooth.

  11. Add 1/2 cup of tutti frutti and then mix well.

  12. If necessary add oil mix well all of them.

  13. Check the batter consistency and do not over mix.

  14. Apply oil to mug, pour the batter half of the cup.

  15. Top with tutti frutti or choco chips.

How to bake the cake without oven:
  1. Place the plate into the preheated pan.

  2. Place the mugs into the pan.

  3. Cover the lid, cook for 40-50 minutes over a low flame.

  4. Can bake in the preheated oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes. To bake in the microwave, bake for 2 minutes on high power.

  5. Insert tooth pick or knife check whether it is clear or not.

  6. If tooth pick not clear, cook for another 10 minutes.

  7. Switch off the fire, remove the cups from pan. Let it cool completely.

  8. Clear the sides with the help of knife.

  9. Serve the cup cake at any time and enjoy the day.
