Liquid dough roti is a quick wheat flour breakfast recipe prepared with liquid batter. No-Knead, no rolling, no maida. Instant roti with step-by-step photo and video procedure.
Take a bowl, add 1 cup of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, mix it once.
Gradually pour 1 1/2 cup of water.
Make a smooth batter without lumps.
Add a spoon of oil, mix well.
Check the consistency of batter, it should be like Dosa batter.
Liquid batter is ready.
Heat a Pan over a medium flame.
Pour a ladle full of batter.
Wait for a minute, let it dry.
Flip roti on other side and fry for a minute.
Press the edges of roti with a clean cloth.
Cook till roti Puffs up.
Fry on both sides until the brown spots appear.
Spread a spoon of oil on both sides, fry for a minute.
Take into a serving plate.
For this batter, we can make 3 rotis.
Serve with any veg or non-veg gravies
