Chocolate cake with only 3 ingredients without oven. An all time favorite cake topped with chocolate cream a delicious melting recipe
Take a pan add salt or sand place the stand or ring cutter or any thing that will elevate the height.
Cover the lid and preheat the pan for 10 minutes over a low flame.
Take cake tin or mould which is avialable. Grease with a spoon of oil.
Spread a spoon of flour this is optional.
Take any biscuits(2 packets of bourbon and 1 milk bikis) in a bowl.
Remove the cream from biscuits and set aside.
Break the biscuits and add to the blender jar. Blend to a fine powder.
Transfer into a bowl. Gradually add milk and make a thick batter.
Add one ENO packet. Can also add baking powder instead of ENO.
Pour milk and mix. Make sure there is no lumps.
Make smooth and thick batter. The batter is ready.
Add batter into the cake tin spread evenly.
Pat the tin twice to remove air.
Place the cake tin on the stand and close the lid.
Bake the cake for 30-40 min in a low flame.
Insert the toothpick and check whether it is clear or not.
If the toothpick is not sticking then cake is done.
Switch off the fire. Let it cool completely.
Once it is cooled clear the edges with the help of knife.
Transfer into the serving plate.
Dissolve the cream and spread on the top of the cake.
Garnish and enjoy the chocolate biscuit cake.
