  • Ripe mango - 1
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Salt - 4 pinches

For garnish:

  • Chopped mango cubes - 1 tablespoon

Blending:

  1. Take a ripe mango, wash it thoroughly. Peel and chop into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 cup of curd and 4 pinches of salt.

  3. Blend all the ingredients until they turn into a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Ensure there are no lumps of mango or curd remaining.
  5. Taste the lassi and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.
  6. Adjust the thickness of lassi accordingly by adding a little water.

Serving:

  1. Transfer into a serving glass.
  2. Add ice cubes and garnish with chopped mango cubes.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing flavours, or refrigerate and serve later.
