  • Broken Barley(jau) - 250 g

How to make Barley Powder:

  1. Add 250 g of broken barley to the pan.
  2. Dry roast until it turns into light golden colour.
  3. Switch off the fire and cool completely.
  4. Transfer into the blender and blend smooth powder.
  5. Sieve the flour and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Store in an air tight container for at least 3 months.
