						Ingredients for egg biscuits
						
								- 
															Wheat flour – 3/4 cup
									
- 
															All-purpose flour
										maida – 3/4 cup
									
- 
															eggs – 2
									
- 
															crushed cardamom – 3
									
- 
															sugar – 1 cup
									
- 
															Oil – for deep fry
									
 
	 	 
				
		
				
						Procedure for egg biscuits
						
							
 
				
						Making dough
						
								- 
										Take a bowl and add wheat flour, maida, crushed cardamoms. 
- 
										Break eggs into the bowl and beat them. 
- 
										Add sugar and mix well knead into dough. 
 
				
						Shaping dough
						
								- 
										Knead the dough. Take a big portions of dough roll them as chapati. 
- 
										Cut into desired shapes using shape moulders. 
 
				
						Deep frying
						
								- 
										Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. When oil gets heated keep the flame at low. 
- 
										Drop the cut shapes into the oil carefully. 
- 
										Fry them on both sides, over low flame till they turns to golden brown. 
- 
										Take into a serving bowl. 
- 
										Serve immediately or can store in an airtight container for at-least  6 days. 
 
			 
				
		
		Knead dough with only egg and sugar mixture.
Do not add water. By adding water we cannot make biscuits.
