Add 250 g boneless chicken to the pan.
Add 2 bay leaves, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder, and 12 teaspoon of salt.

Stir well and fry for a minute.
Add a handful of chopped coriander leaves.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce and 1 tablespoon of red chili sauce and mix well.
Let it cool and transfer the chicken filling into a bowl.
Mix 2 1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise into the chicken filling.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder, and 1/4 cup of fresh coriander leaves and mix well.
The chicken filling is ready. Let’s make the sandwich.
Take a bread slice and spread 1 1/2 tablespoons of chicken filling evenly.
Add 3 tablespoons of grated cheese. Place some fresh coriander this is optional.
Cover with another bread slice and slightly press it.
Preheat the prestige sandwich maker for 2 minutes.
Place the sandwich and spread 1/2 teaspoon of butter on the top of the bread slice.
Close and grill for 3 minutes.
