Indian tea is a perfect healthy chai that is boiled with milk and specially flavored with ginger and cardamom and a mixture of aromatic herbs. This tea contains many health benefits helps to relieve the common cold, cough, or sore throat.
Take a piece of ginger peel it.
Cut into small pieces and add to a tea pan.
Add 2 cardamom and crush both of them.
Pour a glass of water give a mix and start boiling over medium flame.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Add 2 spoons of tea powder and boil for a minute.
Add 1 1/2 spoon of sugar and mix well.
Pour a glass of boiled milk.
Boil for a minute over a low flame.
For strong tea boil for few more minutes otherwise switch off the fire.
Filter the tea. pour into tea gasses or cups.
Serve hot tea with biscuits.
