Maggi stuffed omelette is a unique dish inside maggi and outside omelette it’s really yummy recipe. The delicious combination of Maggi stuffed in egg Omelette is a quick breakfast or snack.
Chop onion, green chili and a handful of coriander leaves.
Take a bowl add 1/4 spoon of salt and 1/2 spoon of red chili powder mix well.
Break 2 eggs and add into the bowl.
Beat the eggs well until frothy and set aside.
Heat a pan over medium flame add 2 cups of water and boil.
When the water begins to boil add a packet of maggi masala.
Add one mini maggi noodles breaking into 2 half.
Stir well and boil for 2 minutes.
Cook till the noodles absorb water.
The water is dried and maggi is cooked completely then switch off the fire and set aside.
Heat a tempering pan over medium flame add 2 spoons of oil.
Beat the egg mixture and add at the middle of the pan.
Add chopped onions, green chilies and coriander leaves at the center of omelet.
Add one big spoon of cooked maggi noodles. For one maggi omelette 2 eggs and 1 big spoon of cooked maggi is sufficient.
Set all ingredients at the center of omelet.
Fry until it turns golden.
If the flame is high omelette will change colour, but will not cook inside properly.
Flip on another side and fry for 2 minutes.
Flip and fry on both sides until it turns golden.
Take into a serving plate.
Serve hot maggi omelette as a breakfast or snack. only one maggi omelette will fill the stomach.
