Lemon mint juice is the best healthy natural refreshing drink in 5 minutes. Can prepare easily by blending all the ingredients available at home.

Ingredients

Ingredients for lemon mint juice:

  • mint leaves(pudina) - 1 cup
  • lemon juice - 1/4 cup (juice of one lemon)
  • black pepper powder (kalimirch) - 1/4 spoon
  • salt - 1/4 spoon
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • ice cubes - 1 cup
  • cold water - 2 glass

Serving:

  • Ice cubes - 8
  • mint - 2 springs
  • lemon - 1

Instructions

Procedure for lemon mint juice:

Blending:

  1. Take the blender jar to add a cup of fresh mint leaves(pudina).

  2. Pour 1/4 cup of lemon juice.

  3. Add 1/4 spoon of black pepper.

  4. Add 1/4 spoon of salt.

  5. Add a cup of sugar. Can add honey instead of sugar.

  6. Add a cup of ice cubes.

  7. Pour 2 glass of cold water.

  8. Blend all the ingredients till it turns smooth juice.

Serving:

  1. Take the serving glasses to add 8 ice cubes.

  2. Pour the lemon mint juice into serving glasses.

  3. Garnish with the mint springs.

  4. Serve chilled lemon mint juice and enjoy these healthy drink.
