Chicken Pizza with no oven and no yeast, making pizza dough at home and chicken chunks along with what we need is capsicum, cheese, sauce and herbs. Simple and delicious pizza bake it in a pan and enjoy each slice.

Ingredients

Ingredients for chicken pizza:

For chicken chunks:

  • Boneless chicken - 250 g
  • Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1 pinch
  • Curd - 1 tablespoon
  • Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 1 teaspoon

For pizza dough:

  • Plain flour(maida) - 1 1/2 cups
  • Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
  • Curd - 1/4 cup
  • Warm water - 1/4 cup
  • Oil - 1 teaspoon

For topping:

  • Pizza sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Cheese cubes(grated) - 1 cup
  • Yellow bell pepper - 1/4 cup
  • Green capsicum - 1/4 cup
  • Tomatoes - 1/4 cup
  • Onions - 1/4 cup

For baking:

  • Butter - 1 teaspoon

For serving:

  • Red chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - a handful

Instructions

 Procedure for chicken pizza recipe:

Chicken chunks:

  1. Take a bowl and add 250 g of boneless chicken.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste.

  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder.

  4. Also, add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder and a pinch of turmeric.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of curd and a teaspoon of oil.

  6. Mix well until the masala is well coated with the chicken pieces.

  7. Can marinate for some time or fry immediately.

  8. Heat a pan over medium flame and add a teaspoon of butter.

  9. Add marinated chicken and mix well.

  10. We have to cook only 80% of the chicken, the remaining 20% is done at baking time.

  11. Dry and set the chicken chunks aside.

Making Pizza dough:

  1. Take a bowl to add 1 1/2 cups of plain flour(maida).

  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

  3. Add a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of butter.

  4. Also, add 3/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 cup of curd and mix well.

  5. Pour little by little warm water mix and make a smooth dough.

  6. Approximately 1/4 cup of warm water will be sufficient to make the dough.

  7. Spread a teaspoon of oil cover and rest for 30 minutes.

  8. Knead the dough and divide it into 2 equal portions.

  9. Roll as pizza bread or place the dough on the pan and spread in order to give a pizza shape.

  10. Press the edges and make holes with a fork. Fry for 3 minutes.

  11. Flip and fry for 2 minutes until it turns golden.

  12. Take it into a plate. And fry another pizza.

  13. The ingredients that we have taken, can make 2 pizza doughs.

Pizza topping:

  1. Place the pizza dough and spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce.

  2. Put 1/4 cup of small cheese cubes or grated cheese.

  3. Place the chicken chunks.

  4. Top with yellow bell pepper, green capsicum, diced tomatoes and onions.

  5. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese cubes or more.

Baking pizza on the pan:

  1. Heat a pan over a low flame.

  2. Place the pizza dough and spread butter on the edges.

  3. Cover and bake for 6 minutes until the cheese melts.

  4. Chicken pizza is ready to serve.

Servings:

  1. Sprinkle a teaspoon of red chilli flakes.

  2. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

  3. Cut chicken pizza into slices and serve.

Recipe Notes

  • No need to overcook the chicken.
  • We have to cook only 80% of the chicken, the remaining 20% is done at baking time.
  • Pour little by little warm water mix and make a smooth dough.
  • The ingredients that we have taken, can make 2 pizza doughs.
  • Top with small cheese cubes or grated cheese.
  • Top with yellow bell pepper, green capsicum, diced tomatoes and onions.
  • Can also use other toppings oregano, herbs and sweet corn as your wish.
  • To bake in the oven, preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
