Chicken momos recipe consists of a wrap and a delicious chicken filling which is served as a snack with chutney or sauce. These steamed chicken dumplings are soft and juicy.
Add a cup of plain flour to a bowl.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of oil, and mix.
Gradually pour water and make a dough.
Cover and set aside.
Heat a pan over medium flame and add a tablespoon of ghee.
Add 100 g of minced chicken or small pieces.
Add a cup of chopped onions, and 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli flakes.
Add 3/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of turmeric and mix well.
Add a teaspoon of chopped garlic stir and fry for a minute.
Just fry until the water in the chicken dries
Let it cool and set it aside.
Knead the dough and Pinch a small dough ball. Roll as puri.
Place a tablespoon of chicken stuffing.
By pressing the edges and pushing inside make a leaf or you can shape it as required.
Roll as puri, stuff the chicken mixture and shape as momos.
In the same way, shape the remaining momos.
Take a steamer fill some water and bring it to a boil.
Spread the oil on the steamer and place the momos.
Cover and steam for 10 minutes over a medium flame.
Serve chicken momos with chutney or sauce.
