Chicken pasta with homemade sauce is loaded with cheese, chicken, pasta and all other spices, an easy and tasty recipe in just 15 minutes. Creamy and cheesy chicken pasta will fulfil chicken lovers
Heat a pan over a medium flame and add 3 tablespoons of oil.
Add 1/2 cup of chopped onions, 2 green chillies and 100 g of boneless chicken.
Stir and fry for a minute.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
Also add 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder and 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder.
Add a pinch of turmeric and 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste.
Fry until the raw smell disappears.
Add 1/2 cup of tomato paste and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice.
Stir and cook until the chicken becomes soft. Meanwhile…
Heat another pan and pour 2 1/2 cups of water.
Bring water to a boil.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder.
Add 50 g(3/4 cup) of pasta and mix well.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Press the pasta if it breaks then switch off the fire.
Filter the pasta immediately. Otherwise, it will become mushy.
If the chicken becomes dry then add boiled pasta.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli flakes.
Stir well the chicken and pasta.
Finally, add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and mix well.
Take it into a serving plate.

For making creamy chicken cheese pasta follow the next steps.
Take the chicken pasta into a serving plate.
Sprinkle a cup of chopped coriander leaves.
Sprinkle 40 g of grated cheese.
Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli flakes and chopped cilantro.
Cover for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
The cheese will melts if the pasta is hot. So make sure the chicken pasta is hot.
